The mission of the Somervell County Water District is to provide a reliable supply of high quality, safe, and affordable drinking water to the citizens of Somervell County in keeping with sound responsible management and conservation practices. The District is committed to providing this service using a combination of ad valorem taxes, fees and water rates that are the most advantageous to the tax payer. The Board, staff and all employees of the District are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and accessibility to the public.

You MUST do a one time sign up/registration.
After that, simply login in to see your account balance, pay your invoice, sign up for paperless billing or to set up automatic credit card payments. For auto bank draft, you must call us at 254-897-4141 with your banking information or submit a check with a note that you would like auto draft.
All auto payments will be done on the 1st of the month.
There will be a $35 fee charged for all NSF payments or payment reversals.
