The District’s engineering firm of Freese and Nichols Inc. began design, construction documents, and environmental assessments for the District’s 1140 Elevated Storage Tank and Pump Station in July of 2010.

The Elevated Storage Tank bid out in August of 2013. The successful bidder was Maguire Iron, Inc. with a low bid of $873,000.00. Completion of the tank is expected to be completed by August of 2014.


The 1140 Pump Station bid out in August of 2013. The successful bidder was Red River Construction Co. with a low bid of $1,298,880.00. Completion of the Pump Station is expected to be completed by August of 2014.

When these project are complete they will go online with the Districts distribution system to expand the service area.
