Election/Board Information

The Somervell County Water District is required to hold a Director’s election in every even numbered year.  The SCWD board consists of seven Directors. The Directors shall serve four-year terms as provided in Section 7(d) of Chapter 8 of the 69th Legislature of Texas, Regular Session 1985 (Senate Bill 287), or otherwise as may be provided by applicable law.
