Water Treatment Plant & 1080 Pump Station

The District’s engineering firm of Freese and Nichols Inc. began design and construction documents for the District’s Water Treatment Plant and 1080 Pump Station in September of 2008.

The project was bid out in April of 2010. The successful bidder was BAR Constructors of Lancaster, Texas with a low bid of $8,683,775. Construction of the Plant and Pump Station were completed in the Fall of 2011 and went into full operation on October 27, 2011.
